HI I'M YAZZ...

Growing up surrounded by sport, I have always made health and fitness a priority. After years of playing competitive sport including netball, athletics and dance, at the age of 15, my love for strength training began. As a Level 3 Personal Trainer, I now can share this passion and knowledge with others to help them lead healthy lifestyles.

MORE ABOUT ME...

My fitness journey initially followed a bodybuilding training style where I was able to learn how exercise and diet can manipulate body composition. I then transitioned into more of a hybrid approach where I combine different training styles to ultimately improve bodily function and general daily movement. This is a style that provides a lot of benefits to my clients. My holistic approach to fitness and health ensures my clients are well rounded.

The key components of sessions are strength training, conditioning and functional fitness. All of which are incorporated specifically depending on your goals.

STRENGTH TRAINING provides many benefits, reducing injury risk, increasing bone strength and getting stronger.

CONDITIONING is key to improve cardiovascular fitness to ensure we keep the heart healthy.

​

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING combines the two and ensures our gym training can translate into our day to day lives.

I see Yazz twice a week and have been absolutely loving the sessions. We have been working on compound lifts and I am really starting to feel stronger. Yazz keeps her sessions varied  but definitely challenges me every session.
